1. Check the operation.

   *1	Component without harness connected: (Air mix damper servo sub-assembly)
   *2	Max hot side
   *3	Max cool side

   
   

   1. Apply battery voltage to the servo motor and check the operation of the servo motor.
      

      OK:

      Measurement Condition	Specified Condition
      Battery positive (+) → Terminal 4 Battery negative (-) → Terminal 5	Arm turns to the "MAX COOL" side smoothly
      Battery positive (+) → Terminal 5 Battery negative (-) → Terminal 4	Arm turns to the "MAX HOT" side smoothly

      HINT:

      When checking the operation of the servo motor, cut the battery voltage before the arm reaches the "MAX COOL" or "MAX HOT" position, because the servo motor does not automatically stop.

      If the result is not as specified, replace the servo motor.
